We would like to inform you that maintenance will be performed on account.lemans.org from 22:00 CET on 7 April.

During this period, you will not be able to create an account or access your existing account.


On this occasion, you’ll still be able to access your tickets and history.

You'll remain able to consult your information once the operation is over.

Access to my account

Before the service goes down:

Before 22:00 CET on 7 April:


✅ Purchase before the maintenance operation

  1. Until that date, you can continue to book tickets and access your account as normal.
  2. However, we recommend completing your purchases well before the service is due to go down to avoid any issues.

While the service is down:

From 22:00 CET on 7 April through 8 April:


🚫 Service temporarily unavailable

You will not be able to create an account or log on to the ticketing system, the official store, the Club space or Le Mans Driver.


✅ No worries!

After the maintenance period, you’ll be able to access these services as usual, without interruption. You’ll find your information and history as usual."

Once service has resumed:

From 9 April, if the technical intervention has been successful, you will receive all the information you need to access your account again.


✅ Access to your account wil be restored

You’ll be able to log on again via the same URL and using the same process as before.


🔑 You must update your password

You’ll be required to reset your password when you first log on before you can access your account and make a purchase (tickets, official store, Club space or Le Mans Driver).


🚀 Once normal service has resumed

After updating your password, you’ll find all your information and history and be able to order as normal."

Maintenance concerns the process of logging on to the lemans.org account, required to access the ticketing system, the official store, the Club space and Le Mans Driver.

How to update my password?

To update your password, simply enter your email address and follow the procedure.

The system doesn't recognize my email address while I already have an account with this address


If the system fails to recognise your email address when service resumes, make sure that it is the same one you used when you created your account. If the address is correct, contact Customer Service for assistance.

How to create an account?

To create an account, it will be business as usual! Go to account.lemans.org, enter your email address and a secure password.

I can't create an account with my email address

If you cannot create an account with your email address when normal service resumes, check that all required fields have been correctly filled in. Contact Customer Service for assistance if the problem persists.

Can I purchase tickets for circuit events?

You won’t be able to book tickets for our events while the service is down. Service will resume on 9 April.

Can I log in to the Le Mans Tickets app?

The Le Mans Tickets app will still be accessible during maintenance.

Do I still have access to my tickets?

You won’t be able to access your tickets via your online account during maintenance, but you will be able to access them via the Le Mans Tickets app if you have received a notification that your tickets are ready.

Can I buy/renew a club adhesion?

You won’t be able to join the Club or renew your membership while the service is down. Service will resume on 9 April.

Can I purchase products on the Official Store's website?

You will not be able to make purchases from the official store while the service is down. Service will resume on 9 April. If you’re in France, why not visit one of our high-street stores?

Can I purchase a driving session with the driving school?

You won’t be able to book track driving sessions while the service is down. Service will resume on 9 April.

Can I visit the 24 Hours' Museum?

You will be able to visit the 24 Hours Museum while the service is down. However, you will have to buy your tickets at the Museum reception.

Can I do a Karting session?

The 24 Hours Karting circuit will be open while the service is down. Head to the circuit to book or take part in a session. Bookings can also be made online.

Can I log in to the 24 Hours' Karting app?

The Karting des 24 Heures app will still be accessible during maintenance.

Do I still have access to my internet history?

You will still have access to your history when service resumes.
