What's happening at the Le Mans circuits in October

The 24 Hours Karting is taking place this weekend, with several races to follow throughout the month of October. The common denominator: they will be karting races primarily (outside of Inters Ecuries), but will not all be held at the same circuit.

The season isn't over yet!

This weekend, a new 24-hour race will hit the track at Le Mans: the 32nd edition of the 24 Hours Karting, held at the Le Mans Karting International circuit. Since 2016, the race has been called the CIK/FIA Endurance Championship (September 31- October 1).

From October 12th through the 15th, then from the 19th to the 22nd, the same track will host the IAME International Final / X30 World Karting Finale. The finale will take place over two weekends. The Inter-Ecuries, next-to-last auto race of the year, is scheduled for October 28th and 29th with as highlight the spectacular Superkart European Championship. The same weekend will be the Lotus Cup Europe (an FIA race) and the Twin Cup. Don't miss out, admission is free to all.

At the Bugatti circuit

The ACO Driving School and its famous protos (October 1-7) will kick off the month. ACO moto laps will follow over the course of seven days: the 2nd, 10th to 13th, 17th and 23rd. Other exciting two-wheel action is on the menu, namely MCE (October 3-4), Moto Team 18 (the 5th), LH Racing (the 18th), Stand 41 (the 20th) and lastly Slider (the 25th).

Back to the cars, Porsche and its Sport Driving School will take over the circuit on the 6th and 19th. Another club representing the German marque will hit the track on the 14th (club 911.net) followed by SSO (the 15th) and Club Lotus (the 21st). The ACO autos will hit the track on October 16th and 31st.

To cap off the month, Tinseau Day organized by Christophe Tinseau (12 participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans) is scheduled for October 22nd.

…and also at the Maison Blanche

In addition to the Porsche Driving School (the 3rd, 5th to 9th, 12th, 17th and 18th, 21st to 24th and 27th to October 31st), the Maison Blanche track will host the ACO's Moto Driving School from October 1st through the 13th. Track debuts will take place October 2nd, 4th, 14th and 15th. To finish things off, the FFSA Academy Formula 4 races are scheduled for October 16th.
