24 Hours of Le Mans – VIP treatment for Club members

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is a festive event where fans come together to share their passion for motorsport. For the ACO, it is a chance to bring its members together and offer them an exclusive race experience.

“ACO Club members have exclusive access to special lounges,” explains Sandrine Foucher, who coordinates club activities.

These lounges are opened especially for them, with the La Chapelle lounge near the Dunlop bridge and the Chinetti lounge near the Circuit’s north entrance. ACO members have a spectacular view over the track from these areas.

The La Chapelle lounge is open to all ACO Members (and their spouse and children) on presentation of their valid club card. They can also bring along up to three guests of their choice (although entry for their guests costs €15 each). The lounge is somewhere to eat or have a drink, with preferential rates at the bar, or to simply relax in front of the TV screens and keep an eye on the standings board. “It is the largest venue of its kind at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with more than 7,000 visitors using the lounge during the race,” Sandrine Foucher continues.

The Chinetti lounge is reserved for the longest standing Club members (those with at least seven years uninterrupted ACO membership – excluding the Sérénité 24, Moto 24, Mobility and ACO Racing Moto membership packages).

Grandstands 17 and 18 are also reserved for Club members. “They are in a great spot, just opposite the pit straight. There is a members-only restaurant just below.” Members need to buy a ticket for grandstand access (2,250 places) but it is definitely worth it as the view is excellent. Tickets are usually snapped up very quickly!

“Members also have a 25% discount on General Enclosure tickets (up to 6) and a 20% discount in club restaurants. Most importantly, the ACO strives to create a fun, friendly atmosphere for Club members and to make sure they get the best possible experience of the race,” explains Sandrine Foucher.

If you are not already a member, you can join when you arrive at the circuit!
